Cary Bridge Clubs/ Learn

There are plenty of opportunities in the Triangle area to learn the game or improve your skills. You can learn
from some of the best players and teachers in central North Carolina:

Bridge Classes- From beginner to advanced intermediate, learn in a structured class from an experienced
teacher. Email carybridge@aol.com for latest information.

Free! Pre-game Lessons- Many bridge clubs in the Triangle area offer free pre- or post-game lectures on
bidding and play at their regularly scheduled duplicate sessions. The only charge is the regular game fee
($5-$7). Many also offer games limited to novice or intermediate players, to give you an opportunity to develop
your skills in a relaxed setting.

On-line Bridge Courses (free!)- The American Contract Bridge League (ACBL) offers two excellent Learn to
Play Bridge courses which you can download from their website. LTPB I is for beginners; LTPB II is for those
who know the basics but want to develop their playing, bidding and defense skills. They are an excellent way
to get started in the game. Both are downloadable on their website, www.acbl.org.

ACBL Duplicate Games- ACBL- sanctioned duplicate games are offered every day of the week at various
